I am in love with my newest drugstore find. And as I mentioned before, when I love something (or find an awesome deal) I share the news! I was at my local Walgreen and of course had to start in the makeup isle. Let's face it, the makeup isle calls to me. I came across the Jordana Modern Matte collection. What caught my eye is the sign stating it is "Talc and Paraben free". Then I saw the price: $2.99. Once I seen how cheap it was, I decided to take a gander at the different shades. My eyes went directly to the shade 'Matte Blush'. It is a cool tone pinky nude color. I have a perfect nude in a lip shine and gloss but have yet to find a perfect matte color. So I decided for the price and pretty shade of 'Matte Blush', to give it a try. OMG I am so glad I did. It is matte yet not drying to the lip. It also has some major long lasting wear power too. I am going to go back to purchase a few other shades and maybe stock up on 'Matte Blush' because it is my go to matte nude shade.
Online, 'Matte Blush' has been considered a dupe for MAC 'Cosmo' and 'Honey Love'. Not 100% sure if it is an exact dupe (as I do not own either of those MAC shades), but it sure looked like it was in photo comparisons. So if you are looking for a new matte line to try, I highly recommend the Jordana Modern Matte collection. Did I mention it's only $2.99?!?!
